Using it

Does Draftloop submit applications for me?

No, and it never will. Draftloop fills fields and drafts answers, then stops. You review everything and press Submit yourself. An application sent by a bot is worse for you than no application at all.

Which job sites does Draftloop work on?

It starts automatically on 532 applicant tracking systems and job platforms, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS and SmartRecruiters. On any other careers page, click the Draftloop icon in your toolbar or press Alt + Shift + D and it will try.

What happens on a site Draftloop doesn't recognise?

It still tries. Click the Draftloop icon in your toolbar and press Autofill, or press Alt + Shift + D. If something doesn’t fill, Tell us which site in the extension sends us the address, which is how the supported list grows.

Will Draftloop fill in something wrong?

It tries hard not to. When Draftloop isn’t confident about a field, it leaves it highlighted for you rather than guessing, because a wrong answer is worse than an empty one. Undo autofill puts every field back exactly as it was.

Does it work on applications with several pages?

Yes. When you press Next, Draftloop notices the new fields and fills them on its own, so you don’t need to start it again on every step.

Will it tick consent boxes or sign anything for me?

No. Consent boxes, “I certify” statements, attestations, terms and signatures are always left for you to read and complete. It doesn’t solve CAPTCHAs either.

Can I use more than one CV?

Yes. Keep a few versions for different kinds of role and choose which one to attach. It goes onto the form as the original file, unchanged.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. It reads application forms in other languages, and the answers it writes come back in the language the question was asked in.

Which browser does Draftloop work in?

Draftloop is a Chrome extension, installed from the Chrome Web Store.

Pricing

Is Draftloop free?

Yes. Filling in forms from your CV is free on every supported site and on any other careers page, for as long as you want it. Answers written for you are free on your first 25 applications. After that, Pro is $24.99 for three months. Pricing in full.

What counts as one of my 25 free applications?

An application counts only when Draftloop writes an answer for you, and it counts once however many questions it writes in that form. Applications filled purely from your CV never count.

What happens after my 25 free applications?

Autofill carries on exactly as before, free, for ever. What pauses is Draftloop writing new answers for you, and the answers it has learned following you onto your other devices. Everything it already learned stays in your account if you come back.

Do I need to confirm my email?

Autofill works straight away without it. Confirming your email unlocks the written answers on your first 25 applications, and the free job tracker.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from the billing page in your account. Autofill keeps working after you cancel.

Privacy and your data

Is my CV and personal information safe?

Your profile is stored in your account and used for one thing: filling in your applications. It is not sold, and it is not used for anything unrelated. The privacy policy has the specifics.

Why does Chrome say Draftloop can read and change data on websites?

Draftloop has to read the application page you have open to find the form fields and the job description, and write your answers into them. It runs on its own only on the hiring systems in its supported list. Anywhere else, it runs only when you press Autofill on that tab.

Can I download or delete my data?

Yes. From the billing page in your account you can download everything Draftloop stores about you, or delete your account permanently.

The job tracker

What is the free job tracker?

A private dashboard on your own computer where Claude finds jobs that match your rules and checks that each one is real and open. It is free with a Draftloop account once you confirm your email, and it runs with Claude Code on a paid Claude plan. Draftloop isn’t affiliated with Anthropic. More about the tracker.
